Rental fees with Whitlock & Heaps
TENANTS
All lettings are subject to satisfactory references being received and approved by the landlord. If a tenant is not in full time employment a guarantor will be required, this person must be a homeowner in England or Wales.
On taking possession you will need to pay the first months rent and a five week deposit (subject to terms) which will be held in the tenancy deposit scheme.
LANDLORD
Standard management charge 12% inclusive of VAT.
Standard Finders Fee charge 2.4 weeks rent inclusive of Vat.
Whitlock and Heaps are part of the National Federation of Property Professionals Client Money Protection Scheme.
We are a member of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme an advisory leaflet is available in the office and a copy given to you on taking possession.
We operate under the approved code Trading Standards.uk of the property ombudsman scheme.
